What happens if I do not pay my water bill?
If you don’t pay your bill on time, there will be a late payment charge. Should the bill remain unpaid, your outstanding balance may be transferred to your property tax roll. You’ll also be charged additional administrative fees for the transfer.
You must pay the City Tax Department after the water arrears have been transferred to your property tax roll. The City will issue you a water arrears invoice for the amount due including added administration charges.
